The question received , including a bike shop, a cafe and a Gap clothing store. From the looks of it -- i.e., the cardboard signs behind the windows -- it seems an Asian restaurant will be moving into the spot soon, which happened to be one commenter's suggestion.

The spot was once occupied by a First National supermarket. Then a Shaws grocery store moved in and then came Office Depot, according to a town official.
There is the potential for a wine and liquor store to set up at the location, but that would violate a law Stratford has that prohibits the sale of liquor within 1500 feet of a residential area, the town official said, adding that the issue is currently in the courts.
