Wines Unlimited Closes In Stratford

Another liquor store is expected to take over the space.

STRATFORD, CT — One liquor store has closed in Stratford, but another is expected open in its place. Wines Unlimited is closed, Director of Economic Development Mary Dean confirmed, but the previous owner sold the business at 2336 Broadbridge Ave. to another liquor store. Dean did not have information about when Wines Unlimited closed or the name of the incoming business. She said last week that permits for the store have not yet been transferred to the new retailer.
