Woman Accused of Selling Lethal Heroin in Stratford Arrested in Undercover Operation
Undercover officers nabbed a suspected drug dealer known as "Red Head" in the operation.

STRATFORD, CT — A Bridgeport woman is accused of selling a lethal form of heroin around Stratford following an undercover drug bust, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports Rebecca “Red Head” Concepcion, 38, was arrested after undercover officers arranged to make three drug transactions with her.
