Woman Left Injured Pit Bull in Yard Without Food, Water: Report

A Stratford woman is accused of leaving her wounded 1-year-old Pit Bull tied out in the yard without food or water, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports Marcela Osorio, 37, of Columbus Avenue, was arrested on charges of cruelty to animals and illegal tethering a dog.

She has agreed to surrender ownership of the Pit Bull to the town, according to the Post.
