Police Identify Suffield Man Killed In Windsor Locks Crash

SUFFIELD, CT — A Suffield man has been identified as the victim of a deadly rollover crash Tuesday night in Windsor Locks, according to police.

The Windsor Locks Police Department said officers responded around 10:57 p.m. to reports of a rollover motor vehicle crash with an ejection in the area of 255 Main St.

Responding officers located a red Dodge 2500 pickup truck on its roof in the grass in front of the address. Police said the lone occupant of the vehicle was found several yards away.

Officers, firefighters and EMS personnel attempted lifesaving measures, but the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police identified the victim as Christian Jamrog, 21, of Suffield.

Preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle was traveling southbound on Main Street when it left the roadway on the west side of the road just south of Suffield Street. Authorities said the vehicle then returned to the roadway and rolled several times, ejecting the driver.

A representative from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner responded to the scene and took custody of the deceased.

The scene was processed, the vehicle was impounded and Windsor Locks police detectives are continuing the investigation.
