• Suffield Looks Elsewhere For Proposed Dog Park (patch.com) — Suffield officials have shelved plans to build a dog park at Stony Brooke Park after conservation concerns about nearby wildlife and deed restrictions, and are now searching for a new site in town. The project, expected to rely largely on donations, remains in limbo with no alternate locations or timeline identified, while the Economic Development Commission shifts focus to upgrades at local fire stations and the south green.
   

• Suffield Meeting Sets Stage For Connecticut River Sewage Summit (patch.com) — Suffield Town Hall just hosted regional leaders planning a 2027 summit to push for faster reductions in sewage overflows into the Connecticut River. The effort, led in part by Rep. Tami Zawistowski, aims to secure more state and federal funding.
