SUFFIELD, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

American International College, Springfield MA

• American International College has named 470 students, including four from Suffield, to the fall 2018 Dean's List. Dean's List students are full time students who have achieved a 3.3 to a 4.0 GPA. Suffield residents on the list are Ryan Kenney, Chelsea Gervais, Kari Lui and Donovan Webb.

Emerson College, Boston MA

• Shea Mccusker, a resident of West Suffield, has been named to the Emerson College Dean's List for the fall 2018 semester. Mccusker, who is majoring in Marketing Communications, is a member of the class of 2020. The requirement to make Emerson's Dean's List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher.

Providence College, Providence RI

• Katarina Rizzuto, a Suffield resident and a member of the class of 2019, has been named to the Dean's List at Providence College for the fall 2018 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must achieve at least a 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.
