Around the Campuses - Suffield College Students

SUFFIELD, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Marist College, Poughkeepsie NY

• A pair of local residents graduated from Marist College the weekend of May 18. Micaela Martini of Suffield received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, and Rebecca Masi of West Suffield received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA

• On Saturday, May 12, on the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) campus quadrangle, over 1,000 bachelor's degrees were awarded during the university's 150th commencement ceremony. Three were awarded to Suffield residents: Emma Ryan was awarded a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering with high distinction; Jaime Stephen was awarded a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering with high distinction; and Taylor Stephen was awarded a bachelor of science degree in robotics engineering with distinction.
