Bryant University, Smithfield RI

• Inspired to excel, 788 members of Bryant University's Class of 2018 were awarded a Bryant degree at the University's 155th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 18. Graduates will join a powerful, network of 45,000 alumni who have distinguished themselves as leaders in their organizations and communities around the world. Robert Clark of West Suffield graduated with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree in Accounting. Nicholas Karangekis of Suffield graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Law. John Patterson of Suffield graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• Select students have been named to the spring 2018 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester. Honorees from Suffield are Madison Murphy, Kaylee Pugliese and Tessa Slatkavitz.

Tufts University, Medford MA

• Tufts University recently announced the dean's list for the spring 2018 semester. Among students earning dean's list honors were Joseph Howarth and Ty Vinick, both of Suffield. Dean's list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.
