Seasoned restauranteurs Kelleanne and Ryan Jones recently moved back to New England to open The Mill at 2T. They aim to make guests feel like they are eating a meal in their home.
The beautifully restored textile mill in Tariffville, right by the Farmington River, is a showcase of warm red brick and heavy woodwork. It’s much like dining in a small bed and breakfast, where the kitchen is open but quiet and unobtrusive.

At the bar you can watch executive chef Chef Ryan Jones and his staff prepare the dishes he creates based on the availability of fresh, local foods.
About six entrees are presented each night, with prices ranging from $20 to $50. Reservations are required. Make them early and don’t be surprised by a short wait for a table.
