On Campus - Suffield College Students

SUFFIELD, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Hamilton College, Clinton NY

• A pair of Suffield residents were named to the Dean's List at Hamilton College for the 2018 fall semester. Alexandra Marenco, a first-year student, is a graduate of Westminster School, while Elle McCusker, a sophomore, is a graduate of Suffield High School. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must have carried throughout the semester a course load of four or more graded credits with an average of 3.5 or above.

University of Rhode Island, Kingston RI

• The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that more than 5,500 undergraduates have qualified for the fall 2018 Dean's List. To be included on the Dean's List, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.30 quality point average. Students honored from Suffield are Abby Canning, Delaney Cardaropoli, Bryan Donahue, Zac Guilmette, Michael Kolensky, Rosie Leach, Olivia Motherway, Alyssa Puia and Taylor Schwab.
