Cancer hits all of us, PMC is our chance to hit back.

On behalf of our planning committee, we want to send a sincere thank you to everyone involved with the 2013 Suffield Pan Mass Challenge Kids Ride, sponsored by The First National Bank of Suffield. We are all so proud to bring this event to Suffield and have been overwhelmed by the support from the Town of Suffield, Suffield residents and Suffield businesses. In addition to our many riders, we had dozens of volunteers on-site and countless donations, products and services that were provided to the event. We could not have had such a successful event without the commitment shown by so many. The PMC is all about people and our Kids Ride is the result of so many wonderful people coming together and showing great generosity as we work to help The Jimmy Fund. Unfortunately, cancer has hit many of us and the PMC is our chance to hit back. We had an extremely rewarding day on May 11. We totaled 98 kids, up 20% from last year, and are at $13,000 raised (100% goes to The Jimmy Fund), an increase from 2012 and a number that will grow in the coming weeks and months. You can still donate to the event or any rider at https://kids.pmc.org/Suffield/sponsor/giftinfo.asp. Our raffle, to which many of you donated gift cards and other items, was a big success in its first year and allowed us to raise extra money for the good people at Dana Faber Cancer Institute and its Jimmy Fund. You can see coverage of our event fom WFSB here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3X2-HWCRwo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rNO4Zgqdhc And we can guarantee that we will be back at it next May for the 2014 Suffield PMC Kids Ride. With much gratitude and wishing you all the best, Chris & Denise Nikolis
