College Achievements By Suffield Students

SUFFIELD, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Springfield College, Springfield MA

• Four Springfield College students from Suffield were named to the Dean's List for academic excellence for the fall 2018 term: Brent Baskin, studying Health Science/Pre-physician Assistant; Diara Vicedomini, studying Health Science/Pre-physician Assistant; Brendan Tassy, studying Movement & Sport Studies; and Zachary Liquori, studying Psychology. Criteria for selection to the dean's list requires that the student must have a minimum semester grade point average of 3.500 for the semester.

University of Saint Joseph, West Hartford CT

• Four students from Suffield have been named to the University of Saint Joseph Dean’s List for the fall 2018 semester. They are Megan Brown, Joseph Islam, Mia Urbanski and Holly Vynar. Students who are awarded this academic achievement have earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher for the semester, with no grade lower than a “B.”
