Drivers Warned As Road Drops To One Lane In Suffield
Motorists in Suffield are being urged to slow down near the work zone through the end of the week.
SUFFIELD, CT — A stretch of Quarry Road is down toone lane.
Suffield police said the restriction is in place near 600 Quarry Road through Friday evening while the town’s Department of Public Works repairs the roadway. Officials said the road needed significant repair.
Drivers are being asked to use caution in the area while crews work. Police said motorists should also be careful overnight because equipment is on scene and some pavement has been removed.

In the social media post, police thanked DPW crews for “digging in” and making the repairs.
