The Extraordinary Life of Owls with Hope Douglas will be the presentation today during the Suffield Garden Club's monthly meeting. Owls have lived on earth for over 75 million years, and Douglas, the founder and president of Wind Over Wings, a nonprofit wildlife rehabilitation and education center, will teach participants about owls' remarkable hearing, sight and flying ability. Folks will get to meet some owls up close and personal, too.
Guests are welcome at monthly meetings up to three times per year. Fee per visit is $5.
