Youth Camps
Crafty Creations Camp
Your child will have wonderful afternoons while making cool creations with their friends. The camp will be divided up into two separate age appropriate groups. An assortment of creative arts and crafts will be made - such as sun catchers, painting projects, Fuzzy Felt Art and more! Please wear appropriate clothes or bring a smock. This class is great for both boys and girls. A small snack will be provided.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday
Time: 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
Grades: Ages 4 - Entering grade 1 and Grades 2-5
Location: McAlister School Cafeteria

Splish Splash Art Blast – Art-ventures for Kids
This inspiring week of art-ventures sparks creativity, engagement, exploration and individual expression. Learn about the fascinating underwater world of seahorses, sea turtles and other wonderful creatures while exploring original art forms and techniques. Design beach hats, sunglasses and T-shirts. Discover the art of mosaics while creating sea shell boxes. Sculpt shimmery coral and goofy clay octopuses. Paint ceramic fish banks and design ocean creature stuffed animals. Experience painting, printmaking, stained glass, ceramics, collages, mosaics, fabric art and working with clay. Lots of surprises round out these totally cool Splish Splash art-ventures. Bring an oversized old T-shirt to wear as a smock, and a nut-free snack and a drink each day.

ENRICHMENT CAMP Little Einstein's
Get ready to use your brain, be creative, and have lots of fun in this hands-on science camp. Daily themes to include Slime Day, Engineering Day, Spa Day and more! Children will be creating their own bath bombs and sugar scrubs, designing their own chocolate roads, and even making a volcano. If you are curious and love to create, this is the camp for you! Instructor: Kim Guzzo Dates: July 23– July 27 Days: Monday – Friday Time: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Grades: Entering K, 1 & 2 Location: Middle School Home Economics Room Fee: $80.00 (additional materials fee $30.00 paid to instructor)

Athletic Camps/Programs
Tennis Camp
The camp will cover fundamentals, drills, footwork, strategy, as well as match play in a fun atmosphere on modified and full size courts. Children must bring their own tennis racquet to camp each day. This camp will be conducted by Conrad McIntire, USPTA & PTR Certified Tennis Pro and staff. During hot days, remember to bring ample water and wear sun protection.
*If it is raining on first day, meet in the Suffield Middle School Gym.

Days: Monday - Friday
Time: 9:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Ages: 6 - 18
Location: Family Recreation Complex Tennis Courts (camp held rain or shine)
Fee: $100.00
Non-Res: $110.00

Tennis For Tots
Join us on the mini courts. Program will consist of fun activities that will introduce tots to the sport of tennis. Children must be toilet-trained. Special small racquets and larger size balls will be provided and play will be on smaller courts and lower nets. The program will be directed by Conrad McIntire, certified tennis instructor with both the USPTA and PTR and staff.
During hot days, remember to bring ample water and wear sun protection. *If it is raining on first day, meet in the Suffield Middle School Gym.
