SUFFIELD, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire. More great feats will be noted in the coming weeks.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

  • Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its Dean's List for the fall 2022 semester, in which nearly 1,300 students were recognized for maintaining high GPAs.
    Among the students are Suffield residents Morgan Bacon, Nabeeha Fatima, Amanda Litvak, Grace Mangiameli and Payton Salvaggio. To qualify for Dean's List, full-time students must complete a minimum of 12 credits in letter-graded courses with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher in the semester.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY

  • Nick Kannenberg of Suffield was named to the Dean's List at Rochester Institute of Technology for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. Kannenberg is in the game design and development program. Full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

University of Rhode Island, Kingston RI

  • The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the fall 2022 Dean's List, including nine students from Suffield: Caroline Bishop, Delaney Cardaropoli, Erika Danielson, Niko Ford, Miranda Julian, Heidi McCormick, Patrick Tompkins, Solveig Lindeland and Kayleigh Smith. To be included on the Dean's List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average.
