Girls Volleyball State Tournament Pairings Announced

CONNECTICUT — The road to East Haven begins Monday and Tuesday for 108 high school girls volleyball teams which qualified for the CIAC state tournaments. The finals are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 19 at East Haven High School.

A new champion will be crowned in Class L, as 2021 winner RHAM is now in Class M. The Raptors are seeded fourth.

Nearly one-third of the total field will represent Hartford and Tolland counties, with 35 teams for the area participating. Of those, Suffield has the highest seed, ranked No. 2 in Class L.

Competition begins Monday in Classes M and S, and Tuesday for Classes LL and L. Matches are slated to begin at 6 p.m.
