The Vox Populi poll differed from a recent nonpartisan survey, in which Foley appeared to lead Malloy, with 42 percent of respondents supporting Foley for Connecticut governor to Malloy’s 33 percent.
That online survey was organized by YouGov, a market research firm, in partnership with The New York Times and CBS News.
