I have watched over the last year a loss of freedom in this country like I never imagined.
I have watched over the last year some brave souls stand up against these stolen freedoms.
I have watched over the last year the majority of Americans do NOTHING to change or stop this.
I wonder where and when we lost our voice as "We The People"?
It's a philosophical question I suppose, yet has so many real world implications. When did we stop caring about our neighbors? When did we stop caring about the future of our country? When did we decide that even though the vast majority of Americans do not feel Congress or the Government as a whole is working in our best interest to not do anything about it?
It effects us all at every level. Jobs, education, environmental safety, climate change, income, food safety, so much more
Yet we keep marching in step, I have to wonder more than anything else, what will be the final straw? What will awake the masses to the corruption? What will make you stand up and say ENOUGH?
In the meantime I will keep trying to shed light, and change things but know that it takes more of us. That those that are trying are tired, that we need your help!
As a final point I want to say, it's not hard. Read an alternate news source, make a call to your state or federal representative and tell them what YOU want. send a letter to a newspaper editor, sign a few petitions, support the people trying to make the world a better place!! Those are the prices you pay for your freedom!
Ok rant over. I just needed to get that off my chest.
