Narcotics Task Force Snares Two in Suffield
A search and seizure warrant yielded bags of heroin and resulted in the arrests of a Suffield duo.

SUFFIELD, CT - A pair of Suffield residents were arrested Friday morning by members of a narcotics task force investigating heroin sales.
The North Central Narcotics Task Force served a search and seizure warrant on a black Cadillac traveling on Mountain Road near Route 75 in Suffield around 5 a.m. Friday. Subsequently, as part of the same investigation, a search and seizure warrant was served at the residence of 61 Sunnyview Drive in Suffield, according to Enfield Police Chief Carl Sferrazza.
Gene Montgomery, 43, was found to be in possession of 65 bags of heroin and was charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell. He is currently being held on a $75,000 bond.

Kristina Kopacsy, 36, was charged with possession of heroin and two counts of risk of Injury of a minor. She is being held on a $25,000 bond.
Both Montgomery and Kopacsy reside at 61 Sunnyview Drive.
