Police Nab 2 Suspects In Suffield Liquor Store Burglary
Two suspects are facing charges after police caught them burglarizing a liquor store last week.
SUFFIELD, CT — Police have caught two suspects who they said burglarized a local liquor store and stole merchandise. The unnamed suspects were charged with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree criminal trespass.
Officers responded to Suffield Village Wine & Spirits for an activated burglar alarm Friday at 2 a.m.
Officers found a suspect leaving the store with merchandise and took him into custody.

A second suspect had fled the store and was seen running through the parking lot. A Southwick police K9 tracked the suspect to North Main Street when the track was lost.
However, evidence was found and collected and at 3:45am a Windsor Locks police officer, who was assisting, spotted the suspect on foot in the center of town.
