Summer Fun Night with the Suffield Recreation Department

Join the Suffield Recreation Department and celebrate summer and Suffield with a night of fun for the whole family!

The Suffield Parks & Recreation Department is sponsoring the 2022 “Suffield Night at the Hartford Yard Goats” on Saturday, July 16th. The opposing team will be the Harrisburg Senators, the Double-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals.

The Hartford Yard Goats are the Double-A affiliate to the Major League Baseball team Colorado Rockies. This event will be held at Dunkin' Donuts Park in Hartford with the gates opening at 4:30 pm and the game starting at 6:05 pm.

Our Suffield Night is a way for us to celebrate summer with the town and enjoy time with community members. The event will have pre-game ceremonies including selected community members being recognized on field, a ceremonial first pitch, color guard comprised of members of Suffield Police, Fire, and Ambulance departments, and a performance of America the Beautiful sung by a Suffield student. The night will close with a post-game fireworks show.

Suffield Residents only may purchase tickets through the Parks & Recreation Department's website at suffieldrec.com. Be sure to purchase your tickets early!

Limited tickets are available at $15 per ticket through Parks & Recreation.

You can represent Suffield at the game with your “Suffield” heather gray T-shirt w/white lettering.

T-shirts are $12.00 for short sleeve: Sizes YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL and AXXL .

Shirt orders must be placed before June 16th to have them in time for the game.
