Are you looking for something Fun to do this Winter or the perfect holiday gift? Register for programs with the Parks and Recreation Department! Our enjoyable programs will help you and your family create lasting memories make the perfect Holiday gifts for you and your family! There is no need for that endless on-line shopping or risking going to the stores when you can give the gift of happiness with a Parks and Recreation program !!

We have taken many extra and enhanced safety precautions for all of our programs and are offering both virtual and in-person programing.

Suffield Holiday Spirit Ugly Sweater and Bowling Family Event at Spare Time!! (New)

Let’s get right into the Holiday spirit by getting out your favorite ugly sweater or decorative holiday mask and going bowling with friends and family! Participants will bowl for two hours, while we celebrate the holidays while social/physical distancing and getting some exercise while having a blast. Bowling shoes, pizza and soda is included in the price. This special night is for the whole family and will be lots of fun! We will even have some prizes for the ugliest holiday sweater and ugliest holiday mask. We have the Elite Suite reserved at Spare Time for just our Suffield group for this holiday event. (This is the VIP and private party section of the Bowling Alley)

Registration closes on Thursday, December 10 and/or earlier if enrollment reaches maximum capacity. Limited enrollment . You must pre-register and pre-pay before the deadline. We will be creating teams of four and sending these teams to Spare time on December 10th. Please list requests for team members that you would like to be paired with if you would like to be on a specific team when you register.

Fee: $25.00 per person- includes 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, soda and lots of fun!

(Participants will be placed on teams of four, please indicate if you have any special requests when registering. Everyone that participates must register)

Participants must wear masks during the program at all times except when they are eating. We ask everyone to check their temperature before coming to the event and if you have a temperature, over 100 please do not come to the event. Also, please do not come to event if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. Please bring hand sanitizer to the program.

Winter and Holiday Glow Skin Care Tips! (New)

Look great just in time for the holidays during this fun new program. Sarah Kitson owner of English Rose Beauty will share tips and tricks on how to get a beautiful glow and natural glam for a perfect skincare and makeup tips and tricks simple routine! Gather your friends and join us for an evening of informative fun! Sarah will also highlight how to take care of your skin during COVID-19.

Family and Friends Bowling Nights-Winter Session

Real fun, real value! Get your friends and family together for a great evening of bowling. Each week participants will bowl three games and have a great time while making new friends. Shoe rental not included. Participants must wear masks during the program at all times except when they are up to bowl or when they are eating. We ask everyone to check their temperature before coming to class and if you have a temperature, over 100 please do not come to class. Healthy Skincare Tips during COVID-19 – (NEW)

Are you looking for the best ways to keep your skin healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic and during winter? Join us for an evening of fun while learning about all the important skincare tips that will help keep your skin hydrated and healthy. The class will cover healthy skincare basics, how to prevent mask acne breakouts, anti-aging techniques and a variety of ways to keep your skin healthy. Sign up today with family and friends.

Winter Walkers/Runners and Snowshoers - FREE

Get in shape this winter and keep your Fitness Resolutions in 2021! Let’s enjoy the winter weather, get motivated and go on a lunchtime walk/jog or snowshoe session depending on the weather.
