Services Announced for Kevin Vitale, 17; Suffield High School Junior

Kevin Ciprian Choi Vitale, 17, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 10, 2014 after being hit by a motor vehicle outside his home.

Born January 28, 1997 in South Korea, son of Rico E. Vitale and Dr. Marie (Pauroso) Vitale of Suffield, he lived in New Hampshire before moving to Suffield seven years ago. He was completing his junior year at Suffield High School where he volunteered with Best Buddies. He was an avid Boston Bruins fan, he loved animals, enjoyed interacting with young kids, swimming and spending time with family especially his grandparents.

Besides his parents he is survived by a brother, Nathaniel Vitale of Suffield; grandparents, Henry and Lilia Vitale of Rochester, NY; and many aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ciprian and Joanne Pauroso.

His family will receive friends Tuesday, December 16th, 2014 from 4 - 8 PM at Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St. N. (Rt. 159), Suffield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, December 17th, 2014, 10 AM, at St. Patrick Church, 64 Pearl St., Enfield. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Enfield.
