Some More College Milestones By Suffield Students: Spring 2023

American International College, Springfield MA

• Abigail Carney of Suffield has been awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from American International College.

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY

• Haley Young of West Suffield, who is studying mechanical engineering, has made the Dean's Honor List for the spring 2023 semester. Rensselaer's Dean's Honor List is compiled at the end of each semester to recognize undergraduate students who have completed 12 or more credit hours with a 3.5 grade point average or better for that term.

Shenandoah University, Winchester VA

• Lissa James of Suffield was among the 1,143 students who graduated from Shenandoah University during the 2022-23 academic year. James earned a Doctor of Pharmacy.

University of Mississippi, University MS

• Kevin Tomasko of Suffield is among the more than 3,100 students who earned their degrees from the University of Mississippi in May 2023. Tomasko, who majored in food and nutrition services, received a Master of Science from the Graduate School.

University of Saint Joseph, West Hartford CT

• University of Saint Joseph student Tabitha Hinkle of Suffield earned 2023 spring Dean's List honors. Hinkle is majoring in English. USJ undergraduate students were awarded this academic achievement for having earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher for the semester, with no grade lower than a "B."
