Suffield High School Runners Experience Success at State Cross Country Championships

MANCHESTER, CT — Suffield High School will be represented at the State Open cross country championships this Friday.

A pair of Wildcat boys qualified by virtue of their showing Saturday at the CIAC class meets at Wickham Park.

Suffield's boys finished fourth of 22 teams in Class M, the most competitive division of the day, where just 21 points separated first to fourth place. All seven members of the boys team placed in the top 40.

Just one girl from the Wildcats was among the top 40 runners in Class M.
