Dolores B. (Black) Davis, 92, died August 10, 2015 at The Suffield House. She was born August 5, 1923 to the late Albert and Vivian (Murray) Black. She was involved in the community for many years. She retired from the State of CT. She is survived by her sons; Arthur Brown and his wife Ruthanne of VA, Albert Brown and his wife Harriet of Waterbury, CT, Stephan Brown, Sr. and his wife Betty Ann of Windsor Locks, CT; her brothers; Albert "Sonny" Noch and his wife Joanne of Tolland, CT and Robert Noch and his wife Elba of Bronx, NY; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Dolores was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1979. Relatives and friends may join the family on Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 9-10 am at the Bassinger &amp; Dowd Funeral Home, 37 Gardner St., East Windsor, CT.
