Suffield Obituary: Gloria Hudak, 91

Gloria P. Hudak, 91, of Suffield formerly of Windsor Locks, beloved wife of the late George Hudak passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born on February 27, 1925 in Sag Harbor, NY she was the daughter of the late Joseph Pintavalle and Viola (Hewson) Sudano. Gloria lived in Windsor Locks for forty seven years before moving to Suffield where she has lived for the past thirteen years. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends from Windsor Locks and Suffield. She will be greatly missed for her caring and generous personality.

Gloria is survived by her children, William Verheggen and his wife Pamela of Enfield, Robert Hudak and his wife Cynthia of Aurora, CO, and Lynn Hudak of Windsor Locks; two grandchildren Heather and Kevin Verheggen; and a sister Gaylene Sudano of South Windsor. In addition to her husband George she is predeceased by a brother John "Bill" Pintavalle.

Relatives and friends my join the family for calling hours on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring Street, Windsor Locks. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
