Suffield Obituary: Patricia Hutcheon, 83

Patricia F. Hutcheon, 83, lifelong resident of Enfield, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at Suffield House, Suffield.

She was born on February 26, 1933, in Hartford, daughter of the late Frank Flood and Ethel (Patterson) Flood. Pat was employed by Stop and Shop in Enfield for twenty nine years retiring in 1995. She was a member of the Enfield Women's Club, and was the coordinator for numerous senior trips in the town of Enfield for many years. Pat was an avid bridge player and loved cruises.

She is survived by her four daughters, Cindy Desso and her husband David of Bolivia, NC, Barbara Candee of Gales Ferry, Mary Cook and her husband Steve of Suffield, and Kimberley Grape of Enfield; five grandchildren, Jason Christofaro and his wife Martha, Trevor Christofaro, Timothy Candee, Lauren Candee, Hayley Grape; and two great-grandsons, Nicholas and Charlie Christofaro.

Relatives and friends may join the family for calling hours on Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield. A funeral procession will gather on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 23 Simon Road, Enfield. Burial will follow in Somers Center Cemetery.
