Suffield PMC Kids Ride Back For 15th Year
Registration is now open for the longtime Suffield fundraiser, which is also seeking sponsors, raffle prizes and volunteers.
SUFFIELD, CT — Registration is now open for the 2026 Suffield PMC Kids Ride, which returns May 9 at McAlister School for a day of family fun and fundraising in support of The Jimmy Fund.
Now in its 15th year, the event has become a major community tradition in Suffield. Organizers said the Kids Ride alone has raised more than $650,000 over the years, while overall fundraising tied to the effort has topped $900,000.
The event will begin with registration from 9 to 10 a.m. Riders will hit the course from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by a celebration from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Parents will be able to choose from two safe, supervised courses for their children. Organizers said there is a $40 fundraising minimum per rider, as required by the Pan-Mass Challenge, although families facing difficulty meeting that amount are encouraged to reach out.
The event will also include gift bags for the first 100 riders, lunch for all participants, live music and a raffle.

Organizers are also looking for sponsors, raffle prize donations and volunteers to help make the event a success.
