Tuesday, May 30

Anthony Lacafta, 29, of 37 Pleasant St., Windsor, was charged with third-degree larceny, on a warrant, 5:26 a.m.

Wednesday, June 7

Daniel J. Godden, 52, of 1417 North St., Suffield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 6:13 a.m.

Friday, June 9

Isaac Adomako-Antwi, 23, of 20 Henderson Dr., East Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on East St. North, 12:30 a.m.

Joshua Welch, 19, of 430 Elmwood Dr., Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and speeding, in connection with a traffic stop on Thrall Ave., 2:00 a.m.

Saturday, June 10

Luis E. Bermudez, 29, of 20 Burford Ave., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating while using handheld electronic device, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Second St., 6:37 a.m.
