Suffield Police Cite Pair for Moo-ving Violation
Some unexpected visitors graced the front of a home in town Sunday morning.

SUFFIELD, CT — Some surprise visitors to a Suffield house Sunday morning led to a fine display of humor by members of the town's police department.
A pair of cows were spotted at the front door of a home, and a police officer took to the department's Facebook page to broadcast the following "warning" to residents:
"Early this morning officers responded to a complaint of 2 suspicious males going door to door trying to sell dairy products. Officers determined that the 2 individuals did not have a solicitors permit and were apprehended after a short foot pursuit. We would like to remind everyone to NEVER open your doors to any unfamiliar cattle."
