Suffield Police Seek Witnesses to Fatal Crash
A single-car crash on Boston Neck Road Friday claimed the life of a 21-year-old woman, police said.

SUFFIELD, CT — Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal crash which occurred in the 500 block of Boston Neck Road Friday night.
Around 9 p.m., Suffield police received a report of a motor vehicle collision involving one car on Boston Neck Road near the one-lane bridge that crosses over Stony Brook. Upon arrival at the scene, officers rendered emergency medical care to the female driver and male passenger of the vehicle, both of whom had sustained visible injuries, Capt. Christopher McKee said.
Both the driver and passenger were transported to local area hospitals by EMS personnel of the Suffield Volunteer Ambulance. The female driver, Nina Adasiewicz, 21, of East Granby, was later pronounced dead at the hospital, McKee said.

Anyone who was traveling in or near the area of Boston Neck Road, including the intersecting roads of Route 159 (East Street South) or Route 75 (South Street) between the hours of 8 and 9 p.m. may have information that will be valuable to investigators as police work diligently to reconstruct the events leading up to the crash, McKee said.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or the involved car, a 2000 blue colored Honda, prior to the collision, is asked to contact the Suffield Police Department at (860) 668-3870.
