Suffield Police Share Silver Alert For Missing 10-Year-Old

The child was last seen leaving her foster home in Hartford, according to police, and may still be in the local area.

SUFFIELD, CT — Suffield police are sharing a Silver Alert issued by Hartford police for a missing 10-year-old girl and asking residents to be on the lookout.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and carrying a green bag. (Connecticut State Police)

According to Hartford police, Cake Bernstein was last seen March 20 at about 11:20 a.m. leaving her foster home in Hartford. Police described her as a Black girl with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and carrying a green bag.

Hartford police said she may be with family members and is not considered a threat to herself or others.
