He was arrested upon arrival at a local V.F.W. club following a tip, police said.

SUFFIELD, CT — Suffield police arrested a man wanted as a fugitive from justice from Massachusetts Friday, and are holding him in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Kyle Mitchell, 32, whose last known address is in East Hartland, had been wanted on an arrest warrant by Southwick (MA) police for 12 counts of felony burglary.

On Friday afternoon, Suffield police received information that Mitchell would be traveling to 972 Sheldon Street, home of the Landry-Sic Post #9544 V.F.W. Police established surveillance of the area, and upon Mitchell's arrival, he was taken into custody without incident by uniformed and plainclothes officers, Capt. Chris McKee said.
