Weather Prompts Change to Suffield's Friday School Schedule
Overnight wind chills dropped below zero, with bitter cold and wind forecast for Friday morning.

SUFFIELD, CT — Suffield Public Schools will open on a two-hour delay basis Friday, Dec. 16.
Temperatures dropped to around 3 degrees Thursday night, with wind gusts as high as 55 mph dropping wind chill values to -8.
The National Weather Service predicts Friday will be sunny but very cold, with a high temperature near 20 and wind chill values dropping as low as -11. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
