And boring. And even Michael Emerson on Ecstasy couldn't save it. 30 Rock, 8:30 p.m., NBC Speaking of veering, I am very tired of the whole Kenneth-is-not-a-page-but-wants-to-be and that weird girl storyline. Scandal, 10 p.m., ABC "When a young lawyer starts a new job at a crisis management firm, she must deal with an accusation against the nation's president on her first day." This is Shonda Rimes' new series, which means at some point the young lawyer will have sex with someone with great hair in a supply closet.
