2 Men Charged in Haddam Daytime Burglaries: State Police
Police said they have charged an Essex man and a Westbrook man in home burglary incidents that occurred last year in Haddam.

HADDAM, CT - Police said they have charged an Essex man and a Westbrook man in home burglary incidents that occurred last year, the Middletown Press reported. Both men are due to appear in court this May.
Robert G. Pike, 34, of Essex and Jimmy Torres, 39, of Westbrook have been charged in connection with daytime burglary incidents in Haddam, according to the Middletown Press. State police said numerous pieces of jewelry and power tools had been stolen in both incidents, the Middletown Press reported. The investigation led officers to pawn shops in the area, where police said the items were recovered.
