2nd Annual Fall Festival
Fall Festival to be held at Killingworth Congregational Church on October 3 and 4. Free admission to daytime fair events. Evening Concert 7p

The Congregational Church in Killingworth, UCC announces its 2nd Annual 2015 Fall Festival to be held on October 3rd from 9am – 2pm. The Festivities will continue at 6pm until 9pm. Daytime events will include a Silent Auction, Plant Sale (Mums), Bake Sale, Homemade Soups, Children’s Activities, Boys & Girls Club Sale, Vendors, and more. At 10am will be a Blessing of the Animals. All of God’s creatures are welcome, but must be leashed or contained. Enjoy a peaceful, quiet time at 1pm for a Labyrinth Walk led by Rev. Martha Bays.
After a full day of festival activities, come at 6pm for a last chance to bid on quality Silent Auction items and enjoy an evening of entertainment in our historic Old Town Hall featuring the musical talents of Tim Foley and friends. Tickets are $20 and include hearty appetizers. BYOB. The concert begins at 7pm.
Our festival will conclude with a CROP Walk for Hunger on Sunday, October 4th, 12:30pm at Chatfield Hollow State Park. “We walk, because they walk”—for food, fuel, clean water daily. Learn more at www.cropwalk.org. The money raised from the CROP Walk will go to Church World Service hunger relief and our Killingworth Helping Hands food pantry.
