Built in 1997, the 3,375-square-foot house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms on 1.44 acres, plus a four-car garage. It has been on Zillow for 94 days.
Just behind it, at $1,279,000, is 4 Copley Road in Higganum, a newly finished custom home on an elevated 2.31-acre lot on a cul-de-sac. It has 3,500 square feet, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, with a two-story foyer, 9-foot ceilings on all three levels, tray and coffered ceilings and an oversized three-car garage. It has been on Zillow for four days.
Rounding out the top three is 25 Silver Springs Drive, a modern farmhouse still to be built in the Chatham Lake neighborhood, listed at $1,250,000. The lot sits on a rise with ridgeline and sunset views, and buyers can choose between two designs at the same price, according to the listing. The featured plan has 3,689 square feet, five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom and a first-floor office on 2.32 acres. It has been on Zillow for 217 days.
No. 4 is 9 Silver Springs Drive, a new-construction farmhouse-style Colonial in the same Chatham Lake community, listed at $895,000. It has 2,918 square feet, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom on 2.27 acres, a covered front porch, an office and a great room with a gas fireplace and coffered ceiling. It has been on Zillow for three days.
Closing out the top five is 33 Little City Road, a secluded 1910 house on 13.04 acres with a pond, a dock and a waterfall that spills into the Ponset Brook, listed at $799,000 after a $41,000 price cut on Sept. 23. The 2,454-square-foot home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and an oversized office with a wall of windows overlooking the waterfall. It has been on Zillow for 62 days.
