Massage Therapist Opens New Location

Barbara Gaudio, LMT, CH first opened her office in 1997. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of CT and is nationally certified with NCBTMB. Since her initial training at the CT Center of Massage Therapy, Gaudio has received additional training in Frozen Shoulder and Hip, Myoskeletal Issues, Fibromyalgia, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Hawaiian Mana Lomi Massage. She is a Certified Practitioner of Reflexology, Mother’s Massage and CORE Myofascial Release. Gaudio offers therapeutic and deep tissue massage for the entire family to address their specific needs.

In 1998, Gaudio became a Reiki Master and offers Reiki to clients as a service to augment their holistic care either during their massage or reflexology session to promote self healing or as a separate session for stress reduction to achieve a sense of.well-being.

During the late 90’s, Gaudio hosted a TV show on Clinton Comcast Public Access for 3 years demonstrating holistic options to the viewing public and how they could combine holistic care with traditional medicine.

In addition, Gaudio held meditation and hypnosis classes at Middlesex Community/Technical College and has had articles on meditation, hypnosis and Reiki published internationally.
