Author and Colchester resident W.R. Wilcox will read from and discuss his book, “Freedom: Where Did It Go?” He brings together the culmination of his legislative experience and his extensive research and study of the American Political System. He chronicles the long steady erosion of freedom in the United State, since the Constitution was written in 1787 to present day.
