Barred Owl Rescued From Abandoned House
Check out this amazing success story from Killingworth's A Place Called Hope!

Post from A Place Called Hope:
Today we received a call about a Barred Owl trapped in an abandoned house. Fortunately she was not injured and she was in good heath. With a little help from Megan (who was persistent in finding help) she was returned back to freedom. We would also like to thank Dougie German for connecting the dots….. A good day.
A Place Called Hope is a refuge for birds of prey. The organization is run solely by volunteers. If you would like to help the refuge, A Place Called Hope is selling calendars featuring birds of prey, many of whom are residents at the facility. All proceeds go to the birds.
