Busy Week for HK Youth Lacrosse!
Rain didn't keep the Sr. Girls Blue and Gold team from giving it their all in the Branford Jam tournament this past weekend.  While the girls lost their games, they played with heart, giving it their all, not letting a little rain stand in the way!  Great job girls!  
The 8th Grade Sr. Boys team also had a great week last week, splitting a pair of games against East Lyme and St. Bernard's.  In the game against East Lyme (East Lyme-5, HK-3), Jarod Perry, Zach Hermann, and Jack Forte each had a goal, with assists made by Liam Murphy, Zach Hermann, and Kyle Phipps.  Goalie Adam Massicott was on fire with 11 saves in the game.  In Uncasville, outstanding defense helped HK walk away with a 6-1 win.  Assisted by the defense, goalie Drew Burley had 4 saves on the day.  Zach Hermann netted 3 goals, Liam Murphy came away with a pair, and Markus Trahan contributed one.  Assists were also made by Murphy, Trahan, and Grant Glass.
