EAST HADDAM, CT — DEEP officials said crews responded after a car <a href="http://wtnh.com/2018/03/04/crews-responding-to-a-car-into-pond-in-east-haddam/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">crashed into a pond Sunday morning</a>, as reported by News 8. The incident occurred near Machimoodus State Park on Leesville Road in East Haddam, officials said. According to News 8, officials said the driver was located at his home shortly after the incident.
