The Town of Waterford, through contractor American Industries, is scheduled to rehabilitate Willetts Avenue in New London for approximately 12 weeks.Construction began on Sept. 2 and will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, according to the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Waterford-Police-Department/166019001112?fref=photo" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Waterford Police Department</a>."Please realize that there may be some delays and inconvenience while this work is being performed," police said.
