Crews Battle Large Fire In East Haddam: FD

EAST HADDAM, CT — Crews from the East Haddam Fire Department worked to put out a large structure fire Sunday night. The incident occurred around 6:57 p.m. at 134 Stockburger Road, fire officials said on Facebook.

According to NBC Connecticut, the owner of the home was in Pennsylvania at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported.

The fire required a response of about 75 people from five fire departments, according to NBC Connecticut. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
