East Haddam Board of Finance Position Filled
Only 5 candidates submitted applications for the openning.
On Monday, Raymond Willis was appointed and sworn in as a member of the East Haddam Board of Finance (BOF). Willis has a Bachelor's in math from Western Texas University as well as a Master's in math with an emphasis in finance. He has also been an in-school administrator, worked as a financial consultant and held positions in finance for large corporations.
Willis was one of only 5 applicants who applied for the job and will serve through the next general election on November 6, 2013.

The open position on the BOF was caused by the resignation of Republican Edward Schwenzfeier. The opening was advertised on the East Haddam town website, Patch, HTNP and through the Democratic and Republican Town Committees.
