East Haddam Hosts 22nd Annual Safe Halloween Project

EAST HADDAM, CT - Project Safe Halloween will offer a fun-filled experience for East Haddam and Moodus kids up to grade six. The event will be at the East Haddam Elementary School gym Tuesday, Oct. 31, 5-7:30 p.m. Sponsored by the East Haddam Police Department, it will include trick-or-treating, hayrides, fire trucks, games, and more.
